Moving SmartArray controller with the drives to similar hardware

I have a Compaq Proliant ML350 G2 server (1 GHz processor & 512MB RAM) running as a Terminal Server under W2k3 Standard Edition. This server has 5 physical drives (raid 5) on a SmartArray 5300 controller.  The server is too slow for the workload.   I also have an HP Proliant ML350 G3 server (3 GHz processor & 1GB RAM).  Can I simply move the SmartArray controller and drives (same relative drive bays)  to the new tower or will I have to run the repair operation I've read about in other articles?  This is a member server of an AD.

Thanks!

The move to the new server was absolutely seemless.  The server came up immediately, found the new hardware and once I restared it was perfect.  Thanks for the input and support
HP rocks, try the same thing on a Dell.  Not so seamless.
