McAfee 7.x Enterprise; setting file and folder exclusions for "on-access scans". I set a folder exclusion on our anti-spam server so that McAfee does not scan that particular folder. Just found that the exclusion I added is no longer there. We also have a user that needs to exclude a particular folder on their hard drive from McAfee's scans and the exclusion is gone the next (PCs are rebooted every night when a user leaves for the day). Can you tell me what I am doing wrong in order to the McAfee scan exclusions to be there the next day? We are running windows 2000 sp4 on PCs and the server mentioned is running windows 2000 server.
