Move RAIID5 array from failed Poweredge 2500 server to backup Poweredge 2500 server

I have a Dell Poweredge 2500 server. There are 3 disks in a RAID 5 array. The server motherboard failed.

I have another Poweredge 2500 server that one of my clients gave to me. The server runs fine. I used it for testing purposes. There are three drives on this server in a RAID 5 array.

My question is: Can I move the drives from the failed server to the new server? I am pretty sure that the controllers are the same. However, I believe the hard drives are different sizes. I have never done this before and I would like to do this to speed up the process of getting the server back up and running with minimal downtime.

If all else fails, I could just move the motherboard from one server to the other. However, if the motherboard is dead, there could be other problems with the failed system.

Your comments leave me with more questions
1. How do you "import the array into a new driver"?
2. I believe the statement  "copy the config from the disks" just restates item 1. How do you accomplish this task? Do I use the controller software?
3. How do I "clear memory on the controller"? Again, I would suppose this is a function fo the controller software.
4. Could I just move the controller from the dead system to the new system (both Poweredge 2500 with Perc 3)
Thanks for your help

yes everything is done from the RAID controller - if your perc controller has a bettery the you should be able to transfer to new server

the perc controller doesnt need a battery, it's essentially flash memory.  just swap the controller if it's a card & the drives, & off you go...

The Poweredge Servers were exactly alike, down to the controllers. I was able to swap the drives from the failed system to the new system and it booted up with no problem.
Thanks for your help.

Server Hardware
Server Hardware

Servers are computing devices that are similar to desktop computers in that they have the same basic components, but are significantly different in size, configuration and purpose. Servers are usually accessed over a network, and many run unattended, without a computer monitor, input device, audio hardware or USB interfaces. Many servers do not have a graphical user interface (GUI), and are configured and managed remotely. Servers typically include hardware redundancy such as dual power supplies, RAID disk systems, and ECC memory, along with extensive pre-boot memory testing and verification. Critical components might be hot swappable, and to guard against overheating, servers might have more powerful fans or use water cooling.
