SBS Disaster Recovery

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice and guidance for the following solution.

I have an SBS03 Server which is stored at Partners A's home office. Partner B comes to Partners A's home daily to work.

There have been times when Partner A is away, and Partner B would like to work from home, as he lives some distance from the office.

Partner B is concerned that if the internet goes down, he has to come to the office to sort out/reboot router etc etc.

What would be the best method, as Partner B wants to have a 2nd server at his home, in the instances that Partner A is away and the internet goes down from either line fault, router problem etc etc. and he can have the data eithre replicated or whatever so he can carry on working.

Thanks

Windows Server 2003

my understanding is that adding a dc is fine, though adding an exchange server is not.

with that solution then, are you recommending what our other expert is saying though with regards to exchange, do a backup / restore at partner B's house?
