powerpoint 2007 cursor color

It seems that the cursor color randomly changes depending on the background color of the slides.  I'm guessing it is trying to change to a color opposite of the background so that you can see it but if thats the case, it's not working very well because I can barely see the cursor.  Does anyone know why the cursor color changes and how to make it stay black or make it thicker so it is easier to see?

Hello,
I believe that it's better to change the cursor for your windows , and this will be done by:
Control Panel>> Mouse>>Pointers>>and lets say shoose :MAGNIFIED (system scheme), any other scheme which you do prefer..

I hope i am in the correct way.

Hi,

I tried that but it doesn't work.  It changes the arrow pointer, and the I-beam but not the blinking cursor when you click to type.

If you make your background in powerpoint green or something it makes the blinking cursor green too!!  Very annoying...
