troubleshooting Question

What is the select command to view all oracle stored procedures in my NSEPROD database?

I am new to oracle,
DBA has just granted me priviledges to view procedures, but i don't know command to execute: See DBA comments below and please tell me proper commmand to view stored procedures:

I granted select privilege on dba_source to user cpage. You should be able to query the procedures text now
