Thanks for the response Jeff, seen those links but still can't find a definitive list of idMsos available. Another example of MS releasing a badly documented product and leaving us to 'get on with it' Will leave the Q open for the weekend and finalise Monday.
Even MS might not have all the info at this point!
:)
Just remember, as of your post date, Office 2007 has only been releasd for about a month. So I'm sure in the weeks to come, more and more atrticles will come on-line to help you with this.
(BTW, you can leave this question open for about 21 days, then they notify you)
I usually leave the "customizing" stuff for last.
My main concern now is how to implement Security and Replication with Access 2007 (This functionality was included in 2003 and lower!)
And determine if the new "Multi-valued" fields are worth the trouble. (if I'm not using MS SharePoint.)
:O
Thanks for the comments Jeff, much appreciated as I know not many are bothering with A07 yet (and from what I've read many wont bother at all.) Just thought I'd get upto speed before someone actually requests a db in this format. Have decided a simple Ribbon without any icons will surfice for now. Sorry I can't help with the Security issue, a strange decision to do without it ,as weak as it was it served a purpose. There is an interesting article on the multi-valued fields here: http://www.regdeveloper.co.uk/2006/07/18/multivalued_datatypes_access
Thanks for the help
