Connect SonicWall and ADSL modem to PPPoA ISP

I am connecting 3 offices with SonicWall routers.  Canada and Thailand are installed and working with a VPN tunnel between the 2.  My problem is in the UK.  All of the ISPs here use PPPoA for authentication.  SonicWall does not support PPPoA.  I have purchased a Billion ADSL modem/router to authenticate with the ISP but now need to connect the SonicWall to the modem.  The ISP we are using has assigned a static public IP address that has to be used by modem and we have purchased a another block of static IPs, but they are not on the same subnet as the one assigned to the modem.
Any help in making this work would be much appreciated.
