Installing Drivers during windows install in bladecenter

I am needing to load the QLogic Drivers during the Windows Install for boot from SAN in a BladeCenter H without a floppy. What type of file do I need to put the drivers in to allow windows to see them during the install? I was thinking .img but I am unsure of how to make this file. Will and ISO work? I know I need to map the file from my desktop to the bladecenter I am just unsure what format will work.

I do have the qlogic cards setup. When I connect the USB Floppy is shows up as a CD ROM? Any thoughts on that?
