Need help with multiple Outlook profiles or email accounts under Vista....

Friend bought a laptop with Windows Vista-Ugh, not even remotely more navigable than XP.

In any event, if one installs Outlook 2003 it appears there is no MAIL icon in control panel to set up profiles so that Outlook asks what profile to use.

Any ideas??

I set up 2 email accounts in Outlook but no way I see to switch between them or have it prompt you.

Thanks for any help. I rather stick with Outlook but if we must use Thunderbird or something so be it.

I d not think Outlook Express comes with Vista (not in front of their PC right now).

Thanks
Peter

Go to Control panel and switch to classic view.  You will see the mail icon there.

Vista got rid of Outlook Express and replaced it with Windows mail.  Seems pretty decent as it has junk mail and other features.

Yes I ahve Classic View but no Mail ICON.
I think Vista wants people to switch to Outlook 2007, not sure.
