Problems Installing ZoneAlarm Firewall (free version)
Hi,
I have downloaded the ZoneAlarm firewall, but it won't install after I double-click the exe file. When I launch the setup, a small window appears stating: "Initializing. Verifying Installed Components." A couple minutes later, a new window appears stating: "Setup is unable to log into the TrueVector service......" And then it shuts down.
Any idea what the problem is? I have Win XP SP2 and have restarted my computer a couple of times to no avail. Thank you.
