Multi-boot DVD in MagicISO error "File Too Large"

I need to make a multi-boot DVD.
I am using MagicISO.
Everytime I try to add an .iso file to the Multi-boot wizard, and then save the .mbi file, I get an error "The file is too large"
I tried with only one file of 177MB and it said the same thing.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
thanks

are you using a DVD not CD?
Is the file itself correct?
Check the burner settings are on DVD rom drive and the options is in bootable dvd

ASKER

I am using a DVD, NOT a CD
I have tried on multiple files and have the same problem.

>> Check the burner settings are on DVD rom drive and the options is in bootable dvd
Where do I set these?
there is 5 pages here step by step
http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-create-multi-os-cd.htm, please read them very carefully, substitude the operating system with the multi boot you wish to use, you will need the cd for those operating systems, until you get to the final stage you will not need to insert the blank dvd,
I think your missing one sinficant step where you have to replace the 1386 files.
This guide is very clear.
Which operating systems are you creating a multi boot for?
Xp and 98 for example. lets use 98 and xp//
I dont see why I need to retype those steps as they are in that guide.
 Prepare Windows installation CD
You will have to create a folder in the C directory of your hdd and name it>> \boot_os\boot98.bif
\boot_os\bootXP.bif
Windows 98 installation CD.
Windows XP installation CD.
2. Collection of the bootable image file from Windows installation CD
Make "boot_os" folder on C: (you may  change to other driver) << that's on C drive not any disc
Insert Windows 98 installation CD into CD/DVD-ROM
Export bootable information from Window 98 installation CD to c:\boot_os\boot98.bif<< that is C drive not on any disc << you are going to create this ISO on the HDD first.
1. Click "Make CD/DVD image file from CD/DVD-ROM " button to open "make iso from cd-rom" dialog<<on the HDD folder in >> c:\boot_os\boot98.bif
2. Choose CD-ROM, Input the output file name and choose "export boot image" option.<< this will be the cdrom because yoru windows98 is on a cdrom.
3. Click OK.
NEXT
----------------------------------
take out the 98 cd and insert the xpcd.
Insert Windows XP installation CD into CD/DVD-ROM
Export bootable information from Window XP installation CD to c:\boot_os\bootxp.bif << that new folder on your HDD in C drive.

and so on.
Maybe your confusing the ISO your creating on the hdd first with adding them to the dvd.
They are not added to the dvd yet.

I am adding a bootable virus scanner, a couple of bootable trouble shooting cds (UBCD & Hirens), acronis true image, and maybe Windows XP & Vista.

I read over these pages you mentioned, but they are mostly concerned with only OSes as I understood it, is that correct... so I sort of got lost, because my .ISO files aren't for OSes only.
