How to get enough electricity to power a 16-drive RAID 10 in my HP workstation

I am planning to build a 16-drive RAID 10 using the Promise EX16350 for my HP xw8400.  I am assuming that the power supply does not have enough "umph" to power a 16-drive RAID.  So, how do I make this work?

An additional note:  I am building a custom drive cage and all so that there will be room physically.  The only issue I haven't figured out is electricity...

I am needing to draw power from a specific voltage range.  This will only have 2 processors, 4 sticks of RAM, etc., but the 16 drives will all be pulling power from a specific voltage range.

Will the HP power supply handle this much draw?  If not, what suggestions would you have to mitigate this issue?
I suggest that using the calculation to estimate how much power that your system will consume, then add some extra, and that is how you would select PSU. HP power supply is custom psu, it is not easy to get other psu to fit in the case. Your current HP PSU might not have enough power to support all devices you added.

I always add 2 power supply for server type, one is for motherboard and other is for hard drives. If you look at some server computer from Dell, HP, etc. some will have 2 PSU's.

Based off everyone's comments, I went out looking for a PSU with 30a to offer on a +12V rail.  I found the one below.  Am I right in assuming I can hook up all 16 drives to one of the 3 12V rails in this PSU?

Excellent!  Was I correct in my assessment after looking at their datasheet that I can hook up all 16 drives to one of the 3 12V rails in this PSU?
