How to point NTP on Solaris machine

Hi,
As you know we set the time on a windows Domain controller and run the windows time service and we will point it to some ntp server.

Similarly i need to set the time and point it to ntp server, Pls let me know the command how to do that i am week in linux or new to linux solaris etc. Pls let me know the command clearly and what to  do.

Solaris which we are using 2.9
Let me know asap.
