Backup Sofware for Multiserver Environment.

Need a total backup solution.
Transiting out fo SBS 2003  to Server 2003 standard.
Existiing SBS server will continue to house exchange and be domain controller.
Will be adding second domain controller\dns server.
I will also purchas a nas windows storage server standard edition from dell to house all data except exch.
I also have 1 other member server which host a sql server application.
What backup software do you guys recommend I get ?
What agents do I need to purchase ?
I want to centeralize everything to one backup device. a dell powervault removable disk drive 80/160.
Symantec sells a Advanced File Open agent, whats that about ? I thought microsofts shadow copy service took care of that problem....
Anyway thanks ahead of time for your responses, they are greatly appreciated.

Veritas net backup with the sql agent for doing hot backups of the sql server.
I'm too cheap for local backup software (I have an offsite always on solution for my critical data). I use this batch file:
rsm.exe refresh /LF"Compaq 20/40 GB DLT Tape drive (DEC TZ88)"
  sleep 30
  for /f "Tokens=1-4 Delims=/ " %%i in ('date /t') do set dt=%%i-%%j-%%k-%%l
  for /f "Tokens=1" %%i in ('time /t') do set tm=-%%i
  set tm=%tm::=-%
  set dtt=%dt%%tm%
  c:\winnt\system32\ntbackup.exe backup "@D:\Daily-Back-Up.bks" /n "%computername%-%dtt%" /d "daily %dtt%" /v:yes /r:no /rs:no /hc:on /M normal /j "daily %dtt%" /l:f /p "DLT" /UM
  rsm.exe eject /PF"%computername%-%dtt% - 1" /astart

You will need to create the .bks file on the Exchange server to get the Exchange store in your backup. I handle SQL backups using SQL maintenance plans and then back up the backup folder.

This may work if you have any special requirements but it get the job done for most routines.

Please note that if you want the ability to restore 1 or multiple mailboxes without restoring the entire Exchange server you will need 3rd party BU software.

I hope this helps,
