Need help with SNMP Cisco Pix 501 Configuration PART 5

I just got a great deal of help with a PIX 501 VPN Configuration with ACL addition via LRMOORE (Thanks For the Help As always): There are 2 commands of which I'm entering but the Firewall's will not accept said commands. Can someone help me resolve the issues with entering the 2 commands:

(config)# isakmp enable outside
ISAKMP cannot be enabled since fixup protocol esp-ike is enabled.  Please correct your configuration and re-issue the command

(config)# access-list MGMT permit udp host 192.***.***.*** host 65.***.***.*** eq snmp-trap
