Upgrading to outlook 2003 with Citrix

I would like to Upgrade my Outlook 2000 users to Outlook 2003. Their profiles are stored on a 2000 DC, I recently upgraded my exhange server to 2003 and now with the free outlook 2003 client I want to upgrade everyone on my Citrix Servers. Do you if I need to do anything special ??? I'd hate to have their outlook get messed up ?>??
