Potential Server relay issue

I'm getting IMSMail - t-online.de (SMTP Connetctor) in a mail server Queue with mail sender being from other domains.  Are other servers using me as a relay server?

How much mail in the queue?
Do you have anyone forwarding email to a mobile device? That can cause it to look like email is being relayed through your server.

This email looks like junk...all of it.  I'm at a half Gig in the queues now.  I broke down and am calling Micrsoft.
