This could be due to faulty memory or hardware failure on the processing engine board. You could hope that it's due to a bad contact and simply re-seat the memory in its socket (remember to use an anti-static strap).

Depending on your Network Processing Engine (NPE), memory configurations differ:

If re-seating doesn't fix the problem, then the memory will need to be replaced. If this doesn't fix the problem then you'll need to replace the NPE.
