I've got a user with a Dell D620 that takes forever to startup after she logs in when not connected to the network. Works just fine when she is connected, but if she isn't plugged into the network with it, it'll bring up her wallpaper, but takes about 20 minutes for any desktop icons and the taskbar.<br />

It's done this with her on two separate machines.<br />

Anyone run into this one before?<br />
