I have a client who has a PC set up with Windows 2000 Server with SP2.
I put in a DVDRW Drive to use as a backup and NTI Backup Software.
The backup will run and works fine. When I go to put in a new disc it is not recognized. It still thinks the old disc is in there and does nothing. If I then double click on the DVD drive it says: E: is no accessible, Incorrect Function.
The drive is listed as a CDROM and not a DVDRW like it should be. There were no drivers with the drive. The drive is a Sony AW-Q170A.
Is there something I should be doing to make sure the DVD burner is recognized properly?
