Exchange 2003 calendar questions

I am trying to do something with exchange that i think it may do but i don't know how to do it.
I am trying to link personal calendar's to the public calendatr. i.e. i have a sales department of 5 people each maintains a personal calendar, they then have to copy the appt over to the public calendar. is there a way to make the public calendar automatically show what is on the personal calendar of the people?

Where clients have asked for this in the past I have pointed them to Look for Outlook from Symprex: http://www.symprex.com/products/look/

"On each user, set the public calander's exchange account as a delegate, with copies of all appointments forwarded to it. On the public calendar's account, set the calender options to automatically accept all requests. "
