I have a client that has a Linksys RV082 dual WAN router, but has been using only the primary WAN port.  They had been using a single T1 line that dynamically shares bandwidth with their phone system.   It has a static IP address.  They have an Exchange Server and use Citrix clients to access their main application real-time in another state.

They have now had installed a second T1 that is dedicated for Internet use only.  It also has a static IP address.  They would like to use the new (dedicated) T1 and the old T1 together for maximum bandwidth.

I had thought to use the dedicated T1 on the primary WAN port and the old T1 on the second WAN port.

My question is how to best configure this and what impact could it have on the Exchange MX record, if any?  How might this affect their Citrix connections and other Internet activities?

Many thanks for your help!
