i depends on how much work that would be, i cannot tell you to rebuild when there are options but sometimes its a better solution

I have an existing windows 2000 serve domain. I want to build a new windows 2003 domain but need to do this with out taking down the windows 2000 domain. I will putting in all new hardware.
