FTP Server behind an RV042 router

I have a windows 2003 server running behind a linksys rv042 router. The firewall in the os is off. I'm trying to get an ftp server running on the w2k3 server. I'm using filezilla and I can connect to the server but once if tries to list the directory it times out. If I try over the lan it works just fine. I have ports 20-21 forwarded to the ftp server box. Any ideas?

I'm using the filezilla ftp client.
ok, it was the passive settings. For anybody running into this issue, if your behind a NAT Router you need to enter your WAN Ip into the passive settings in filezilla server. Once I did this if works first time right away! V.K. thanks for the help!
Is there any personel firewall software or symantec antivirus client  is  installed on that desktop where ftp client is configured and on the server check the IIS ftp service is stopped or not......?
