NTSF vs MAPI rights on public folders
Hmm I'm a little confused about ntfs and mapi rights. Went to create a public folder tree. At the bottom level was to be a shared calendar so I did all the creation through outlook. But of course when I set the user's rights to owner at the top level it didn't flow down.
Now as per https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21582610/Public-Folder-Permissions-on-Exchange-2003-how-to-set-on-all-subfolders.html?qid=21582610&qid=21582610 in ESM you can propagate the ntfs rights down but how do you get the MAPI rights to flow down.
Or should I have created the folders via ESM - given him ntfs rights and then created the calendar in outlook and given him rights there also?
