How to push an MSI

MSI push installs. I wanted to do Winzip. Of course, I was told use active directory software policies, but the problem is the machine requires to be rebooted/logged off. Our users do NOT do this, because of the type of work they do machines are always on.  (programmers/developers) are there any other free/simple ways to push MSIs? my last resort is to tell users to run the MSI but i'd like to avoid that...

The Windows Installer (MSIEXEC) GUI. You did not mention that the MSI you have is silent, and I gave you the options for restarts so that you can apply the same logic to any .msi file.
