Questions about newSQL Express database

Hi,

I'm creating a database which I expect to have around for years to come, as it's where I store information gotten from my web service.  So I wonder, being new to SQL Server and SQL Express, if there's anything I should know about the format I choose that will help me or hurt down the road.

Any suggestions?

For example, I left the owner as <default>

Thanks,
