Questions about features in Windows Sharepoint Services 2 and 3.0

Hello everybody. I have some questions about features on Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0 and 3.0.

1.- In WSS 3.0, can I manage access permissions at folders levels that are containded in a Document Library? I know in WSS 2.0 I can manage permissions at Document Library level.

2.- In WSS 2.0 or WSS 3.0, can I create multiple sites to assign it quotas. I don't want to create sub-sites, instead, I want to create multiple sites.

Thanks in advance...!!!

To answer Question 1:  In WSS 3.0 you can manage access permissions at the folder and document level.  The difference with WSS 2.0 is that 2.0 did not go down to the document level.

I'm looking into your second question now.
To answer Question 2:  In WSS 3.0, you can create and assign quotas to Site Collections via the Central Administration.  All sites within a site collection inherit from the quota used on the site collection.  If you just wanted to create multiple site collections, you could create a quota for each one.  Some documentation:

Thanks michman. Only one more question about your second comment. In WSS 2.0 it's possible create multiple Site Collections and apply quotas for each one too?
