simulation high load

I just finished create a script that will alert me if any high load in my server....but i dont know how to simulate or create a proccess that take up to high memory and high cpu...

please teach me how to simulate this high load

is there any code in linux that i can make cpu high load and or memory full usage?...i mean implement inside the server itself and not by remote. glad if there is any
