If we are talking about Outlook Web Access and if you are sure that from the internal network things work fine, then firewall is the first place I will look for mis configurations.<br />

Is this a front-end / back-end setup or just a single server setup??<br />

Its Outlook Web Access w/ Exchange 2003 single server setup. If we use Firefox to access our webmail it works fine. When we use any IE version, thats when we have the problem.

Recently we have had issues with our webmail not showing us the body of wmails we want to respond to. I can view emails that I open, but if I want to write a new email or respond to an existing email, the body, and some of the buttons on the display don't appear. any ideas why this might be? If I access webmail from within the domain everything appears to be working. It only seems to be when we're outside of the domain that we have this problem.<br />
