I have simple question..  Let's say I have a single swith with multiple vlans defined.  A device on one vlan wants so send to another device on the same vlan, but the receiving device's CAM entry has expired. Since the switch has no idea where to find the receiving MAC address will it flood the frame to the entire switch, or only to switch ports which are members of  the vlan in question?  Thanks - Rich
