Hi darkstar3d,
Thks for you quick answer.
I able to administer my registered domain from the ISP site. I can manage CNAME,A and MX records. Does this means I have to enter the Ip address of my exchange server in these fileds and i will receive emals from outside ???

Yes.

I would add an A record for your server, then add the MX record going to the box by name, not IP.

Then you should be good after the nameservers update.
