troubleshooting Question

How do I tell is ISA is installed on this SBS 2000?

How do I tell if Internet Security & Acceleration Server is installed? I've never configured this app/service before. So far, the only reference to it I'm seeing on this SBS 2000 is when I open the main Server Manager utility and it's listed at the bottom of the list in the left windowpane. But when I click on it, instead of anything showing up in the right windowpane I get an error telling me the snap-in failed. My goal is to get OWA working and this is just the current potential problem I'm looking at based on MS articles I'm reading.

i see no other references to this app/service anywhere on this server. So, I'm wondering:

1) How do I tell it's installed?
2) How do I configure it; just going to it like I described above?
