exchange 2003.
i make changes in exchange 2003 for some user but he take a lot of time until the changes take effect how can i do it immidiatly?

if the changes are in user setting (name,last name...etc) then you can use the following command:
repladmin /synchall
if it is in email address, GAL..etc then you can the RUS and choose to update it or rebuild it. rather than restarting the SA service and causing downtime
