Mail administration on a linux system

We have setup postfix, dovecot and use Outlook to down load our mail from our main mail server and all works fine. We have used a windows server in the past and a pop server to control the mail, but we want to get away from the windows servers for our mail, so we set up the Linux system described above. The trouble is we need the functionality of the vpop mail server such as looking at the mail queue, pausing certain emails, copying mail from one account to the other and such.
My question is:
Is it possible to do this sort of thing on a Linux system? we do not have a graphical front end on the Fedora 5 box
Thanks
Mark
