We have a SQL 2000 running on Windows 2003 SP1 server. Whenever I try to open the SQL service manager I get the following error:<br />
&quot;Fatal SQLUNIRL.DLL Initialization error......Winspool.drv could not be loaded, NT Error 126&quot;<br />
This is what I've done so far: I extracted the sqlunirl.dll from the Service Pack and replaced the old dll to no avail. I also tried to register the dll file (Using Regsvr32.exe) but I get the same error as above.<br />
