Is Daylight saving time patch needed if you have a time server?

Greetings,

I have a Sidewinder G2 Firewall that I am using as a system-wide time server. It has already been patched for the new DST.  If all of my systems, Servers, Exchange and PC's point to it for date and time... is there any need to do all the DST patching on these machines?
