Russian Language Pack for Blackberry 7290 Device

Is there a Russian Language Pack for Blackberry 7290 devices? I went to run apploader and it wasn't listed as an option. There were lots of other languages such as French, Czech, but no Russian. I called t-Mobile Support and they didn't know if one existed. I searched Google and found only Russian Dictionaries for this device.

The above link has a list of ther language packs available and it does not include Russian. There may be 3rd party ones out there but they will be unsupported by your provider and RIM.
