Empty the Recycle Bin of all Terminal Server Users in Windows 2003

Hi.. We have Windows 2003 Server R2 as our Terminal Server and exchange Server, and we are looking to empty the recycle bin for all the terminal server users, because qe noticed that they have MP3 and MPEG files that are using a lot of MB, se we are looking for a method that let us delete the files contained in their recycle bins.

Thanks for the help.

I suggest writing a script that deleted All .MP3 files on every hard disk and make it a policy that users are not to store such data.
