Placed in Source Code when connecting to ExpertsExchange URL

When using the Firefox browser to access ExpertsExchange, I am placed in View Source Code mode.  Under View > View Source Code, the item is not selected.   Other websites work fine.

When replying to your comment, I was able to view the EE website and navigate but there are several lines of header information showing at the top.  I have Firefox 2.0.2.
By extensions, do you mean add-ons?  If so, I have DOM Inspector 1.8.1 and Talkback 2.0.
After scrolling a few times on this page, the header disappeared, but will likely be there again when I re-open Firefox.

On further investigation,  the header information relates to a banner ad that hasn't loaded.  This only happens when I use the EE email link notifying me that there's a response to my question.  The source code problem also only occurs when I follow the links from the email notice from EE.
Otherwise, both normal and Safe Mode work.
