The OWA problem I had, has been resolved.<br />
After searching for solutions on line I learned that in some occasions IIS gets corrupted at install time.<br />
What I ended up doing was uninstalling IIS, reinstalling E2K3, reinstalling E2K3 SP2, and then running MS updates.<br />
Note that I did not remove the original Exchange installation, but instead I used the Reinstall process, which is a lot quicker than removing the application.<br />

OWA is not working on one specific Exchange 2003 server.<br />
OWA works fine on other E2K and E2K3 servers.<br />
On the failed server, I checked <a href="http://servername/exchange/" rel="ugc">http://servername/exchange/</a>&nbsp;to rule out firewalls and ISA, but after I type my credentials, nothing happens.<br />
I have all SP's installed for Win and Exch.<br />
