Iframe Loading

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this, but I figured I'll ask anyway!  When a user on our webstie searches our inventory, their search results are loaded into an iframe from a third party provider.  The problem is our third party provider's server is quite a bit slower than mine.  I'd like a way to have a "Your Search is Loading" message over the blank iframe until it's loaded.  Is there any way to do this?  Thanks for anyone's help in advance!

Thanks for the comment, sorry for my delay.  I uploaded the code and it worked great on my site.  When I went to use the code on the page with the iframe, the loading message wasn't displayed and "$v) $query .= "&$k=$v"; echo '" is displayed above the iframe.  The page is located at http://www.theinternetcarlot.com/buyers/test.htm  I'm not too familiar with JavaScript... do you have any ideas?  Thanks!
Change the function , you are using this function at the time of onload for iframe. the objects are not obtained.

function dummy() {
      //alert ('toggle');
     dtag1 = document.getElementById('div1');
     dtag2 =document.getElementById('div2');
     dtag1.style.display="none";
     dtag2.style.display="block";
}
