GFI MailEssentials to Antigen comparison

Experts,
I am in the process of evaluating Antigen for Exchange and have some specific questions about how it stacks up  against GFI MailEssentials (Which is what I am currently using).

1. In GFI, There is the "Directory Harvesting" feature which I don't see in Antigen. Does Antigen do that sort of filtering, and if so, is it automatic or does it need to be configured?
2. After reeding the Antigen Administrators manual, there seems to be a lot of registry modifications that need to be made for certain configurations. GFI on the other hand was very simple to set up. Is Antigen more difficult to administer than GFI?

Thank you for any advice you can offer,
