Adding Licenses CALs to Windows "003 Server

I have Windows 2003 Seever Standard version with 5 CALS. I have bough a further 5 CALS and have a Open License code which I have added to the EOpen Mcrosoft web site as instructed by the letter from Microsoft. The web page does not show a volume license code as the qty is to small. What do I do next and how do I use this to change my system to 10 CALS?
