Which is first: 926666 or exchange cal update too?l

I haven't run across this question yet or I didn't catch it in my searching but I want to know if I need to apply 926666 to my exchange 2003 server before running the exchange update tool or after.
I have 2 MS documents that give steps to update but they conflict.

KB930879 says to run the exchange update tool first and the article title Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center for IT professionals - General order of updating for DST changes: says to appy the Exchange Server DST update after running the exchange calendar update tool.
