Key press emulator script or program

I need a program or a way to essentially simulate pressing a key many times really fast.
Essentially, a vbs script or a program already out there that I can tell it to press K over and over again until I tell it to stop.

Anything?

"Have you considered just taping the key?"
Has to be done for hours at a time XD

<<Has to be done for hours at a time XD>> OK, difficult to tape, bend a loop of wire - say from a coathanger to press the key. It will repeat indefinitely. You can adjust the repeat speed in bios. (Typematic rate I think it is called)

If you actually need the key to be pressed then released then pressed again, the desktop macro will do it. It has a loop function.
