size limit of a exchange 2003 mailstore.

What is the total size limit of a exchange 2003 mailstore.

Its on a SBS 2003 server with SP2 installed. I know its 18gig, but is this for the both the mailboxes and public folders together or do each database have a limit of 18 gig
