Basically you will have to export your users from UNIX to a CSV or line delimited file.  Then you will have to modify the data to match the headers up to the AD standard.  Then using CSVDE or LDIFDE from microsoft you can import all of the users into AD.

Here is an official link from Microsoft about CSVDE: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327620

But you will probably find this more helpful: http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Logon/CSVDE_LDIFDE.htm

Hope this helps.

Dear REB,

thanks for your comment, but i want to make migration, not exporting the users, because i need to migrate the permissions for those users, if i export the users, the permissions will not export with the user as you know.

also, the migration will be for the LDAP, DNS, WINS and DHCP from UNIX environment to AD environment.

Thanks
I never knew it was possible to migrate permissions from a UNIX LDAP environment.  I'll be interested to see if any one has a solution for you.  I will see if I can research it a bit.

DNS - You can simply create a secondary zone in your windows environment and zone transfer your records over.  After you have all the records you need, then you can change the windows zone from secondary to primary.

DHCP - As far as I know you'll have to recreate this from scratch, but DHCP is usually easy to setup...it shouldn't take too long.

WINS - Not sure about this one, but I'd imagine you could do something similar to DNS.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help...it isn't everyday that someone is migrating from a UNIX LDAP environment :)
