.mde on Access 2000 won't hold icon (on some machines, not all)

I have an Access 2000 .mde database and it reads an icon nicely.

It works great on machines with Access 2003 (and XP Pro).

It runs fine on a machine with Access 2000 (and XP Pro).

But on one machine (at home), with Access 2000 (and XP Pro), it works fine on startup, but when any pop-up form is opened, it blows the icon on the form and in the Windows Task Bar. The icon for the  Access window itself stays intact. The (wrong) icon that shows up is not the Access icon, it's the one if you check "Windows in Taskbar" in Tools, Options.

It sounds like an environment thing, but just wanted to check if anyone has run into this and what might be a solution.

Thanks.

ok, you're confirming what I thought, that most likely it's an environment thing.

I'll check out what you said but it may be a couple of days before I can focus on it, so I'll leave this open but will be sure to follow up.

Thanks.

How do you make sure you have all the Windows / Office updates loaded?

Start with the Windows Update, then upgrade it to Microsoft Update. Run Microsoft Update and you'll have everything in Office updated.
